Emily Bett Rickards (born July 24, 1992) is a Canadian actress. She has portrayed Felicity as Felicity in The CW Television Series Arrow. Rickards was raised and born in British Columbia. Beginning on her career path as a child, she was introduced to musical theatre and dance, in the hopes of becoming more involved in acting. She finished high school earlier than expected and studied at Vancouver Film School where she was awarded the Acting Essentials Certificate. Through the open audition which followed it was discovered that an agent had been found for her. She studied at The Alida Vocal Studio in Vancouver.
