Lucy-Liu
Lucy Liu, an American voice actress producer director and singer, is also an outstanding actress. Being a smart and beautiful actress, she serves as a role model for several Asian actors working in Hollywood who want to succeed. An array of highly successful initial appearances in popular television series led to her becoming well-known for her part in the character on Ally McBeal, where she was Ling Woo. After a sudden surge in popularity, the actress landed roles on big screens such as Shanghai Noon and Charlie's Angels. She then delivered a superb performance as Japanese criminal lord O'RenIshii, in Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill Volume 1. At the same time, she also starred in box office failures, including Rise: Blood Hunter. In animated films like Kung Fu Panda, Tinker Bell and others she voiced characters with prominent voices. Mia Mason from Cashmere Mafia was a minor role that didn't have any impact. Southland, a critically acclaimed series of crime dramas that included Liu in multiple parts, helped to establish her as an actress. Liu is very careful in selecting her roles in order that she doesn't become cast in a very competitive industry. Although she's embraced her roots she has not let it restrict her artistic abilities.
