Sheryl underwood is a stand-up comedian, television host, as well as an actor in the US. She is best known for her work as The Talk's morning co-host. Sheryl Underwood was born and raised in Arkansas and grew up within Little Rock, Atwater, and Atwater. Sheryl comes out of the midst of a difficult background. She spent most her childhood taking care of her sister Frankie. Frankie was a polio sufferer. While growing up, Sheryl had many problems with her mom. But her passion was comedy. She was the first woman to be a finalist in the competition Miller Lite Comedy Search held in 1989. She began her TV professional career in 1992 when she was a regular participant for the HBO comedy program Def Comedy Jam. The show was hosted by her Oh Drama! in 2000. The show has also featured her as a host on The Talk since 2011. Also, she appears in fictional roles on series such Bulworth and Nikki as well as Beauty Shop.
